Familiarize yourself with institutions that serve people with various disabilities and ask yourself if you could collaborate in some way.

Worth "Awareness of the dignity of each person has increased which has led to courageous decisions to include those who suffer from physical and/or mental limitations" (Pope Francis). Value the people you are close to, especially those that you know with physical or mental disabilities.

Strengthen their talents. "Promote a culture of life that continually affirms the dignity of each person, particularly in defense of men and women with disabilities of any age and social condition" (Pope Francis). Allow people to display their talents and don't overshadow others, especially if they are frail or disabled.
